Avila Warehouse Conversion by Allaround Lab in Barcelona, Spain.

Research notes

Ávila makes domestic space within a former industrial shell in Barcelona’s Poblenou neighbourhood.

Cosentino credits Allaround Lab and identifies Dekton Aeris across floors, countertops and selected furniture. Its project account describes restrained partitions and purpose-made pieces that organise the dwelling.

The continuity is therefore both spatial and material: furniture helps divide uses while a repeated surface ties them together. This does not establish that every pale wall or floor is Dekton, or reveal the build-up of each installed element.

What the sources do not establish
  • Installed thicknesses, edge details and the full retained-building survey are not established.
