Harbin Opera House: what the glazing records establish
A facade product list becomes useful when each component is connected to its separate role.
Two documented roles
Sika identifies SG-500 CN for structural glazing and IG-25 HM Plus for insulating-glass secondary sealing. One should not be used as a shorthand name for the other, or for the whole facade.
What the photographs cannot supply
Use the product reference beside the architectural gallery, while leaving joint geometry, glass build-ups and installation parameters to the project specification. The supplier’s project date is not automatically a building-opening date.
