Research notes

Dolphin Villa combines exposed concrete, timber, water and vegetation with more concentrated manufactured surfaces.

Neolith’s project account credits IDEE Architects in Hanoi. It identifies Krater flooring, Iron Corten at selected walls, WCs and an outdoor-kitchen island, and Barro at an outdoor-kitchen element.

Different products take different roles within a single palette. An oxidised-metal name does not establish that the surface is weathering steel. Follow the documented sintered-surface applications rather than inferring materials from colour alone.

What the sources do not establish
  • A complete colour, thickness, joint and substrate schedule is not established.
